SHIPPING POLICY 

We want you to receive your new items as soon as possible. Typically, we ship your goods within 3-5 business days after receiving payment confirmation. We use USPS as our shipping carrier.

Standard shipping (3-5 day processing) - FREE (orders over $20)

Priority shipping (1-2 day processing) - $5 flat rate

RETURN POLICY 

El Santo Mercado does not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), we will offer a store credit for future purchases. Returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery of your order.

Please contact us via phone or email if you wish to return an item(s).

We will only provide shipping labels for damaged or incorrect items that need to be to returned or exchanged. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for lost return items. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. 

In able to receive full credit for your returned items, they must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging. We will not accept damaged or altered items. We reserve the right to not return any items if they do not satisfy our return policy.
